The HR Specialist is responsible for supporting the functions performed by the HR Department. Daily activities may include new employee onboarding, payroll assistance, time and attendance monitoring, benefits administration, employee relations, protected leaves, policy review, records maintenance and communication. This position reports directly to the VP of Human Resources.
